Otu, as soon as he arrived, he released the genjutsu on his ninjas, as he never really thought it necessary, until the right moment. Sending them to different locations, he went to the elders of the village. Upon releasing them from the genjutsu, he informed them of how long they had been under the genjutsu of the Hokage, and the unethical implications of ruling a village in such manner. After hours of conversing with the elders, it had come to pass that he only needed someone to challenge the Hokage and supporters of this cause. He smiled and dissappeared, as his work had now been done. Being one of the only people in the village, that the Hokage's genjutsu wouldn't work on had its benefits.
