Description: With this technique, one replaces their own body with a block of wood or some other object, the moment an attack lands. This creates an optical illusion, making the enemy think the attack was successful. From this, the user can use the lapse in the enemy's attention to attack or flee from the battlefield. Explosive tags can be attached to the replacement for an added surprise. It's a basic ninjutsu even taught at the Academy, but it's a useful art that can be applied in variety of situations.

Description: The Body Flicker Technique is a high-speed movement technique, allowing a ninja to move short to long distances at an almost untraceable speed. To an observer, it appears as if the user has teleported. A puff of smoke is occasionally used to disguise the user's movements. It is accomplished by using chakra to temporarily vitalise the body and move at extreme speeds. The amount of chakra required depends on the overall distance and elevation between the user and the intended destination.

Description: A technique that physically restrains an opponent, as if the opponent had been tied in invisible steel ropes. The technique can also be cast on every target at once, depending on the user's skill, and won't fail a shinobi during his missions. (By looking into a persons eyes serin can execute this technique.)

Description: A technique that transforms the earth surrounding the user into a fluid, allowing them to close in on the enemy with high speed by swimming underground. Description: At first glance it seems like a regular Clone Technique, but the Haze Clone uses a cunning trap to lure out the enemy. Using this technique together with the Earth Release: Underground Projection Fish Technique, the enemy is led to believe that the real body is among the clones. As the Haze Clones are not physically real, the attack will just pass through them. While attention is drawn to the clones, the real body attacks from the blind spot. During the illusion and resulting chaos, the enemy, who is caught up in the technique, can be easily defeated.

The souls appear as ghosts near the one who touched the tag, and are only visible and audible to that person. The souls have no initial memory of their past life however.

Description:This technique was designed by Tsunade for the purpose of sealing a tailed beast. The technique is performed with four separate scrolls and a sample of blood similar to a Summoning Technique. Shizune mentioned that good chakra control and concentration are needed to perform the sealing technique. To use this technique, a scroll is needed to seal the numerous amounts of chakra. This technique was supposed to seal the Three-Tails in its own dimension, permanently. This technique has three stages:
"Search"- the barrier is erected to locate the target.
"Bind"- the barrier is then stretched out above the target.
"Lock"- the barrier is lowered and the sealing begins.

Description: This is a sealing technique based on the fūinjutsu of Uzushiogakure. The sealing formula is carved into a human body or an object, and is mainly used when a giant enemy or evil spirit needs to be sealed. To use it, it is necessary for the user to have great ability.
General History History: Serin Raikou was a nice little girl who was born and raised in the lightning village. Serin was born with here dendougan and because her mother feared that people will target her she sealed up the dendougan that was within her leaving her little chakra which she could do raiton. Most of the raikou's chakra come from the dendougan. When she wasDuring her life as a little girl until she was 13 her mother and father tranied her intensely. Her father showed her things included the giant scroll for the raikou clan which she copied down. It took her 7 days to fully write out the scroll unto another scroll. She was tuaght taijutsu and ninjutsu. The way she was trained was very different due to the fact that her dendougan was sealed, her training mainly focused on taijutsu and ninjutsu. She then combined them both to form a nin-taijutsu. Because she could not use her dendougan she was looked down upon by the other clan memebrs and felt worthless. Other than that she was a nice happy girl until a unfortunate event happened, a event that would fully change her life. One evening she came from school and saw her mom, dad, .brothers and sisters massacred. As she ran to her mom who was covered in blood her mother told her to run away but she kept coming and finally she reached her mom. She hugged her tight and then her mother said " serin your father and i have taught you enough for you to live in this cold miserable world. We kept something which you needed to be recognized as a memebr of this clan." Serin replied 'what are you saying..." She broke down into tears. "We did this to protect you... we sealed up your dendougan from the day you were born. we feared you will be targeted by outsiders.... Unseal"As she said the word unseal she formed and handsign and the seal which was on her neck released and a small amount of lightning chakra crawled into her two eyes and she began to scream. While screaming the area around her began to get heavy and lighting chakra bursts all around her glowing blue and yellow. Her mother then did a jutsu with he last amount of chakra left in her body and sealed her sealing techniques into the hands of serin. She said "Your father and i love you, now take this portion of our love and carry up my 'cross' called "Depore-Semek." Depore-Semek is a cross which absorbs all types of chakra including nature chakra and feeds it to the user. This Cross-like weapon was created by the greatest Raikou member who was belived to be the living Raishin. Before he died he sealed his soul & spirit into the cross which will enable him to live on and direct and aid the memebr of the raikou clan who is weilding the weapon. By doing this he can read persons mind and he can be used as a scout for the user as he is a spirit (he is intangible and invisible to all others except for the user.) The cross has the ability to move similar to the samehada, but the cross moves by reaction to the users life force and chakra. The user can also use the cross as a method of transportation by riding the cross as if it was surboard in the ocean. The cross could be used like a sword, it had sharped edges refined by lightning chakra. After that her mother died and serin had her dendougan activated. Her Dendougan looked a little different than the normall ones. It was blue and yellow with slight swirls in the center with small streaks of purple. It was the first time she felt this kind of power - her power. She then took up the cross and her chakra flowed into it and the cros began to glow and it became a live and then Depore-Semek materialized in front of her and he acknowledge her power and they formed a covenant which can never be broken. She then fell unconscious because of the power around her. The next morning she woke up in a room which turned out to be her Aunts and she saw the cross and she remebered her parents died and she took up the cross and trained with it and fully mastered it. She then Became a cold person and only showed showed true happiness in cutting down her enemy. Her aunt was a very kind and lovely lady who counseled and mourned with her. She taught how to be a lady as well as how to control her emotions. When she was 14 she was kidnapped and an experiment was done on her. The experiment was to try to fuse the cells of a bird with a human. This cell was the cell whose function was to grow the wings of the bird. the bird's cell was fused with the cell of an akamichi which will hopefully give the test subject the ability to alter the size of the wings. The experiment had a pass rate of 5%. the experiment passed and serin was able to alter the size of the wings. The person who kidnapped her was a medical ninja far better than Orochimaru and Tsunade. This person studied and aim to create creatures who were part animals hence the chimera technique. This technique is very different than the normal chimera technique we know about. She went back to the village and she was put in front of the kage and she gave an account of what happen. The kage then decided to let it slide and she was put under his care as he thought she had a lot of potential. She was his student and she was trained by him. She trained with her wings and fully mastered it. She kept her wings very small covered under her hair. She was very unique as she was able to fuse her lightning chakra with her haze clones. After years of training and doing missions she finally reached the rank of jonin. She then went to do the ritual of Hiraishin. It took her a few days to complete the ritual and when she came back to the village she realized the emotional state of the village has changed. She first went to the kages office but she was informed he and his family were dead. She mourned and promised she would avenge him and his family. Shewas sad and depressed that her sempai and his family was killed. She was extremely sad for a few weeks until her aunt cheered her uo and she vowed to avenge him. She then trained to master her elements as well as focused on ninjutsu and taijutsu skills. She then trained to master her element of lightning. She then trained and her village found her to be a very promising ninja in the nerbye future. The elders of her village promoted her to the Rank of Sanin and she gracefully accepted it.

| Jutsu types are Ninjutsu, Genjutsu and Taijutsu. Since I cannot see them I'm not sure if you are indeed the masters you stated. What happened after your kage who adopted you died?
