Clan History: During the war a small faction of the Sarutobi left the leaf and entered the Land of Earth where they joined the stone village. They continued to serve the stone village until the later years where Madara started the latest war. Near the climax of the war some of the Sarutobi clan members wanted to go back to the leaf as they began to mingle with their old friends. Some of the Sarutobi clan members yearned to return to the Leaf and began to rally for support. However they had no actual reason to go as well as they knew that couldn't leave with such tight security in the stone village as well as the leaf. When the war finally ended the clan soon moved to the leaf as soon as peace was attained, that is, until the kages of every land was killed.
Soon, in the Sarutobi clan there began a dispute between the the heads of the clan whether to stay in the earth or to return to the leaf. This dispute soon caused a great rift in the clan. This lead to the eventually seperation of part of the Sarutobi clan where the majority stayed in the earth while the minority left and went on their way back to the leaf. When they finally arrived at the leaf the returning Sarutobi clan was met with great persecution by the leaf villagers but where eventually accepted back into the village. It was required that a majority of the youths below genin were to enroll into the the ANBU roots as a means of controlling the Sarutobi clan's next generation.
For the next six years the Sarutobi clan members were trained in the most hellish of lands, the land of iron where they learnt kenjutsu and the art of true close quater combat. The land made there skin and soul tough as steel, the frigid cold swept the warmth from their hearts and left them frost-bitten. However thanks to the will of the fire they never gave up and beared through until they became the next inspiring force in the ANBU.
Now as the clan members aim to regain there recognition in the leaf village as the most prominent and greatest of them all

Kekkei Genkai Information/Description: The Sarutobi have the ability to master higher-tier jutsus and techniques with great ease, even at the youngest of age. These jutsus include ninjutsus, genjutsus, kenjutsus and others. Thus the clan has better cotrol over there chakra and able to manipulate it masterfully.

The range is for the more experienced ninjas, that is, the more experience one has the greater their clan abilities will become.
Limitations: The clan member is limited by their own limits, that is, if they were a genin they have the possibility to learn a A-rank jutsu however it will obviously take a toll on them as they do not have the actual standard or qualification.
