Shizu is the most peculiar of kages that ever existed. He is quite snobbish around others yet in battle he is as calm and collected like a flowing stream. However, thanks to his awkward personality, he prefers to be around women. He once forced out every male ninja out of his office and had them all replaced by beautiful women. Shizu is also an avid scientist in the making where his main interest was in chemistry and human biology. However when he is in a blood rage he loses all human qualities and becomes a blood soaked murderer. When he is in this state he is reminiscent of the old tales of the blood mist.

General History
History:
Born into the Hozuki family, Shizu was seen as the runt f the family as he was always being overshadowed by his twin brother, Mizu, who was to become the next head od the clan. When his brother was appointed Shizu had no real place in his clan and decided to train so that he may become much greater than his brother. With that he moved away from his clan at the age of 12 and started training to be a chunin. During the chunin training Shizu began to notice that he could control water better than anyone in his class or his clan mates. It was to the point where he could transform himself into water and change the state he or the water was in. He soon discovered that he was one of the rare few that could manipulate water so well. Knowing this Shizu also guessed his brother could do the same, so he trained tirelessly for days until he could fully master it and finally surpass. However, when it was time for the chunin exams Mizu was already on his way to complete mastery while Shizu had only reached halfway.
During the chunin exam Shizu had faced varying opponents that constantly pushed him to his limits until one of his teammates was slaughtered. This triggered Shizu's hiddden power that began to drain the water out of one of his opponent and the other he froze his arms, tore them off and began beating him to death. This brutal display of power caught the eyes of some of the mist superiors. They decided to seperate him from his team and put him up against more viscious opponents. Shizu, who was caught up in a viscious and blood thirsty rage soon blanked out from his blood begining to boil. When he regained consciousness, he was surrounded by dismembered body parts, the air was red from the evaporated blood, some bodies were frozen while others were either husk of their old selves or was torn apart. Shizu was soon passed out again from the shock.
When Shizu woke up he was in a hospital bed. He was informed that he passed the exam and was recommended to become a chunin as soon as possible but also all his teammates had died in the process ( This was a Lie). He returned to his clan for a quick visit
